At Rooted Salon, your appointment time is reserved just for you. We understand that life happens, and sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 50% service fee.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
